The Wathaurong Aboriginal people have traditions built over a history of 80,000 years living in and around Djillong (Geelong). They are part of the greater Kulin nation: Boom Wurrung, Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung, Wathaurong, Woiwurrung.
